    Assessment

Nize services large-format print and finishing machinery across the Nordics with a small, senior team. The knowledge sat in PDFs on a network drive and in the heads of two engineers. What is an assessment, and what do we get out of it?
It is the first two weeks of our method. We interview the people who do the work, map the processes around them, and score every candidate use case on value and on effort. You get a ranked list, a business case for the top of that list, and a build plan for the first one. It stands on its own: if you stop after the assessment, you keep the plan.
Are you a consultancy or a software vendor?
Both, on purpose. The platform is ours and it is hosted in the EU, so you are not paying us to assemble someone else’s tools. The assessment, the knowledge base and the workflows are delivered as work, not as a login and a hope that adoption happens. We set the plan, we build the solution, and we run it in production.
Where is Opero hosted? Can it run on-prem?
Opero is hosted in the EU by default, with full GDPR alignment and a sovereign-deployment option for regulated customers. On-prem and private-cloud deployments are available for customers who need them — typical timeline is 4–6 weeks to a private install.
Do you train models on our data?
No. We do not use customer data to train models. Opero sends only the information needed to answer the current request, under the data-processing and provider settings agreed for your deployment. Customer tenants remain separate, and authorised reviewers can inspect the recorded sources and actions.
How long does an Opero deployment take?
A typical first-production deployment ships in under 6 weeks. We onboard a starter knowledge base in the first 2 weeks, run a pilot with one team in week 3, expand integrations in weeks 4–5, and graduate to production in week 6.
Which languages are supported?
English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch out of the box. Other languages on request — most are a 1-day enablement task.
How is Opero different from Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?
Copilot and ChatGPT are broad assistants with strong business features. Opero has a narrower job: we configure technical documents, industrial systems, chat, voice, and workflows for a defined operational process. The compare page helps you decide which approach fits the problem you are solving.
What is the difference between Opero workflows and RPA?
RPA replays clicks on a screen and breaks when the screen changes. An Opero workflow starts on a trigger, reads the documents and records behind the task, decides with an AI step, and writes the result into your ERP, CRM or inbox through the API. It asks a person to approve any step where a mistake costs money.
Does Opero replace our ERP or CRM?
No. Opero reads from and writes into the systems you already run: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, HubSpot and others. The ERP stays the system of record. Opero removes the manual work between the email, the document and the record.
How do you protect against prompt injection / data leakage?
Every retrieval is constrained to the calling user’s permission set. Outbound calls (e.g. PO generation) require explicit confirmations. We red-team every deployment before go-live and re-run the suite on every model upgrade.
Do you offer support in our local time zone?
CET-hours support is included with every contract. 24/7 cover is available as an add-on. Most customers are in Northern Europe and we run the support out of Copenhagen.
